Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure in a team setting
- Flexibility with work hours, including nights and weekends
- Good physical stamina to stand and move for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food served
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients prior service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
