The position available at Mercy Hospital St. Louis is for a full-time cook at Catherine's Cafe. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality food production across all areas of the department, requiring comprehensive knowledge and skills in all methods of cookery. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering visually appealing, nutritious, and timely food products that meet the standards of Mercy’s food service operations. Training such as Food Handlers certification within 90 days of hire is required as part of compliance with health regulations in both Jefferson and Springfield locations, reinforcing Mercy's commitment to food safety and quality.
