  • ServSafe certification required
  • One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
  • Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to maintain high hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Support kitchen operations to meet the demands of all hotel Food and Beverage outlets
  • Follow recipes and production procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory control and kitchen cleanliness
