Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • two to four years of experience in fast-paced restaurant, catering or relevant food service area
  • ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • strong punctuality and dependability
  • ability to read, retain information such as recipes and menus
  • basic English speaking and reading skills
  • good physical condition to stand, kneel, lift 30 pounds, carry, push, walk fast and bend
  • maintain personal hygiene and grooming
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
  • team-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
  • two to four years of experience in fast-paced food service environments
  • proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • knowledge of sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and safety standards
