Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two to four years of experience in fast-paced restaurant, catering or relevant food service area
- ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- strong punctuality and dependability
- ability to read, retain information such as recipes and menus
- basic English speaking and reading skills
- good physical condition to stand, kneel, lift 30 pounds, carry, push, walk fast and bend
- maintain personal hygiene and grooming
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- team-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
- two to four years of experience in fast-paced food service environments
- proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- knowledge of sanitation procedures
- ability to work under pressure
- punctual and dependable
- ability to read and understand recipes and menus
- basic English proficiency
- able to work well in teams
- good physical condition for required lifting and standing

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to recipes and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- report for scheduled events on time and complete opening and closing duties
- communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- know and maintain kitchen layout and safety protocols
- work collaboratively with service and management teams
- adapt to flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
