Job Requirements
- Three years of food service experience in hospital, commercial restaurant, or other food service operation
- Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions including recipes and production sheets
- Ability to safely use, dispose of, and mix chemicals as required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Perform skilled production of hot and cold food items for patients, staff, and visitors
- Accurately prepare assigned food items from standardized recipes
- Clean equipment and work areas following established procedures
- Operate food service equipment under supervision
- Issue and inventory food items in designated areas
- Participate in inventory and cost control activities
- Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions as assigned
