Job Duties
- prepare quality food that meets Wingstop operational standards
- ensure consistent food taste and presentation
- maintain high standards of personal hygiene and sanitation
- provide friendly and professional guest service
- handle orders and guest inquiries efficiently
- resolve minor guest issues positively
- work collaboratively with team members
- adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
- open and close the restaurant as needed
- monitor and manage cooking times for various menu items
- accurately portion and prepare food items
- ensure fryer shortening is filtered and freshened daily
- clean and maintain restaurant interior and exterior
- follow instructions for safe chemical product use
- assist other positions as necessary
