Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant needs
- good organizational skills
- ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- willingness to be certified on equipment like band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler
- must be a team player
- previous experience is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- receive and stock inventory
- prepare, cook and assemble orders
- keep the kitchen clean and organized
- maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
- work as a range cook, grill cook, fry cook, butcher, salad and vegetable prep or pastry prep
- collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- undergo certification on specific equipment such as a band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler
