Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant needs
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • willingness to be certified on equipment like band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler
  • must be a team player

Job Duties

  • receive and stock inventory
  • prepare, cook and assemble orders
  • keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
  • work as a range cook, grill cook, fry cook, butcher, salad and vegetable prep or pastry prep
  • collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • undergo certification on specific equipment such as a band saw, buffalo chopper, meat tenderizer, mixer and potato peeler
