Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist in kitchen prep and maintain cleanliness in dishroom
- Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
- Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety standards are upheld
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent service
- Contribute positively to a hospitality-driven work environment
