Job Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • Assist in kitchen prep and maintain cleanliness in dishroom
  • Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety standards are upheld
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent service
  • Contribute positively to a hospitality-driven work environment
