Job Duties
- Greet guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Check in visitors and create guest passes in accordance with security procedures
- Maintain a polished and organized front desk and lobby environment
- Assist clients with escorting guests as needed
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
