The inclusive and dynamic work environment embraces diversity and encourages teammates to be extraordinary in their roles every day.

The position available is for a part-time Security Officer, offering an hourly base rate of $21 with potential post-shift differentials of $1 to $5 per hour. This position requires working closely with fellow team members and clients to uphold Tarian’s standards of safety and customer service while supporting the core values and culture of the client environments you serve.

Key duties include authorizing access, addressing safety concerns proactively, managing guest accommodations and accessibility needs, verifying ticket authenticity, and performing post-event venue close down activities. The role demands vigilance, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally. Report writing of daily irregularities and incidents is also a critical part of the job to ensure clear communication with management and maintain operational integrity.

Tarian prioritizes employee wellness and offers extensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, supplemental medical reimbursement plans, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement plans with free financial planning. Additional benefits include short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance for employees and their families, employee assistance programs, recognition initiatives, wellness programs, pet insurance, and exclusive discount programs for classes ranging from yoga to financial wellness.

Joining Tarian means becoming part of a team that is dedicated to protecting what matters most. The company values equal opportunity and embraces diversity, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds to apply and contribute to the shared mission of safeguarding people and places.
