Kisco Senior Living fosters a warm, secure, and friendly community where residents feel valued and cared for, while associates have opportunities to grow professionally and personally.

The Front Desk Representative role at Kisco Senior Living is a part-time position designed for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a community-focused setting. This role is vital to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front entrance by monitoring the flow of residents and guests, assisting with requests, and responding promptly to emergencies. The position requires working a flexible schedule including Thursday afternoons and evenings as well as Friday and Saturday mornings, offering competitive pay between $19 and $19.40 per hour. This role suits candidates who enjoy multi-tasking in a dynamic environment and take pride in their communication and organizational skills. The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and emergency responders, and plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of everyone within the community. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, maintaining a tidy front desk area, and supporting the overall community operations.

Candidates should have basic technological proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications, as well as some experience in front desk, receptionist, or resident relations positions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and previous experience in senior living or hospitality industries is desirable but not mandatory. The company values associates who bring a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills every day. Kisco Senior Living offers valuable benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision coverage for full-time employees, a matching 401k plan, paid time off, and opportunities for rewards, bonuses, and ongoing training to support continuous career advancement. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of the company’s pre-employment screening procedures, including a drug screen, physical exam, TB test, and background check, with all costs covered by the employer. This role presents a rewarding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a community that values care and respect for its residents and employees alike.
