With a strong commitment to compassionate care, Sunrise fosters meaningful relationships between residents, their families, and team members. The organization has been recognized multiple times for its exceptional workplace culture, being certified as a Great Place to Work by Activated Insights for the eighth time. This accolade underscores the company’s dedication to employee satisfaction and a supportive work environment.

Sunrise of Oceanside is currently seeking a Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of the community. This role is pivotal as it represents the initial contact many potential residents, families, and visitors have with Sunrise Senior Living. The Concierge’s responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing inbound calls, providing accurate community information, and supporting the sales and executive leadership teams. Beyond reception duties, the Concierge assists with administrative tasks such as data entry, recruitment support, and maintaining the ambiance of the Bistro area to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

As a Concierge, you will embody Sunrise’s mission and principles by delivering exceptional service and embodying a philosophy that values the sacredness of human life. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of people, from prospective residents to new team members, contributing significantly to their first impressions and ongoing satisfaction. The role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer-focused mindset to handle inquiries promptly and professionally.

In addition to managing front desk activities and community safety protocols, you will support sales efforts by assisting with marketing materials and resident move-in processes. Careful attention to detail is necessary as you maintain accurate records, coordinate appointments, and handle sensitive situations such as sending sympathy cards or monitoring resident safety. You will be an essential part of the risk management team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating actively in emergency procedures.

This position requires strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sunrise-specific applications, and demands excellent communication abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proven customer service experience. Sunrise offers a competitive compensation package that varies by location, experience, and skill level, along with a comprehensive array of benefits.

Joining Sunrise Senior Living means becoming part of a team that values growth, teamwork, and personal fulfillment. You will find opportunities for professional development, supported by programs like tuition reimbursement and employee assistance. The organization promotes a positive work culture where every member can shine while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and the community.

Sunrise prioritizes health and safety, requiring candidates to complete pre-employment screenings and vaccinations as mandated by law. By choosing to work at Sunrise of Oceanside, you are stepping into a role that offers both a rewarding career and the chance to contribute to a truly great workplace recognized nationally. Apply today to discover how you can be part of a community that not only values excellence in elder care but also celebrates and supports every team member’s unique contributions and aspirations.
