The Operations Lead position within Keefe's KCN (Keefe Commissary Network) team is a crucial role that involves coordinating commissary shipments, orders, and overall KCN operations at warehouse or on-site commissary facilities. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $24.00 and plays a pivotal part in the smooth functioning of daily operations. The selected candidate will assist management in training and scheduling staff, manage inventory control including ordering and stocking products, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Attention to detail is paramount in reporting duties and maintaining documentation about priority tasks and personnel matters. The Operations Lead will also maintain compliance with standards set by organizations such as the American Correctional Association and American Jail Association.

This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assists with general upkeep of equipment and products, and reports any operational issues promptly to KCN Management. The opportunity provides direct involvement in efficient shipping and delivery processes while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere. Duties are diverse and require adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business. The position demands adherence to a Monday through Friday schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm, ensuring consistent availability during crucial operational hours.

Ideal candidates will bring prior experience with supervisory responsibilities, order filling, and forklift operation—not mandatory but preferred. Having a valid driver’s license and necessary identification for commissary access is mandatory.
