Job Duties
- Efficiently take and deliver cocktail and beverage orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and timely service
- provide detailed information about drink menu including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations
- maintain a clean and organized bar and serving area adhering to sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with bartenders and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests ensuring satisfaction
