The role offered is a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage position within The Bar at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas. This position is tip eligible and also qualifies for service charge compensation, offering a rewarding pay structure for the right candidate. The primary responsibility in this role is to serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests with the highest level of attentiveness, professionalism, and hospitality expected from a luxury hotel. Serving food courses and beverages involves setting tables according to the type of event and service protocols, answering detailed questions about menu selections, and liaising closely with the kitchen to communicate special dietary needs, allergies, or ingredient availability. Employees must operate the MICROS point-of-sale system accurately to record transactions promptly.
