Job Description

Koch Trucking is a prominent division within Koch Companies, a multifaceted organization that provides comprehensive transportation services including truckload freight hauling, logistics, warehousing, and truck/trailer leasing. With a strong reputation in the industry, Koch Companies is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, earning accolades such as the 2025 Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association, and recognition as a Top 200 Workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. As a family-owned business for over 40 years, Koch Trucking emphasizes a driver-focused culture, prioritizing the balance between professional driving responsibilities and personal life. The operational approach ensures consistent and stable employment, understanding the needs of drivers to achieve a fulfilling career while maintaining quality home time.

Koch Trucking is actively hiring Class A CDL truck drivers for its Dedicated Division based out of Charlotte, NC. The role offers a steady and reliable schedule featuring dedicated routes that provide consistent and familiar mileage, along with the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers. Drivers benefit from weekly home time, which is a significant advantage for those seeking to maintain family connections while pursuing a trucking career. Starting pay begins at $0.68 CPM, with average annual earnings around $60,000 and top performers reaching $65,000 per year. Additional income is attainable through drop-and-stop pay, which can add approximately $10,000 annually. New hires are also eligible for a $1,500 hiring bonus, paid monthly over the course of the first year.

The company provides no-touch freight assignments, minimizing the physical load handling for drivers and enhancing safety and comfort. Orientation is conducted at luxury hotels in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA, with all expenses covered to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture and operational procedures. Drivers have access to a modern fleet with trucks averaging 16 months old, featuring Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models. These vehicles come equipped with driver-friendly amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other conveniences designed to improve the quality of life on the road.

Koch Trucking offers comprehensive benefits starting from day one, including paid time off, three floating holidays annually, and health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Additional perks include a free iPad with a data package to stay connected with family and friends, a pet and rider policy, 401K plan with company match, and 24/7/365 roadside assistance. Drivers also gain access to Rolling Strong driver app and free drivers lounge amenities, such as soap, shampoo, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry soap, pizza, and sandwiches. This extensive benefits package highlights Koch Trucking’s commitment to driver well-being and satisfaction.

This Dedicated Division position is ideal for experienced company drivers, owner-operators, military veterans, and women looking for a stable, rewarding trucking career. The company values diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Interested candidates should be at least 22 years old, have a valid Class A CDL license, and possess a minimum of one year of Class A CDL over-the-road or regional experience.
