Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef in planning directing controlling coordinating and participating in daily food preparation activities
- Lead and manage kitchen teams effectively
- Ensure all kitchen personnel follow and understand their job descriptions
- Support the executive chef in maintaining and improving the hotel’s high culinary standards
- Coordinate food preparation across all kitchens and banquet operations
- Monitor and manage food costs within budgeted percentages
- Foster communication and teamwork within the culinary department
