Hours are flexible, varying by business needs, with overnight travel scheduled as 10 days on and 4 days off, and local travel requiring 5 days on and 2 days off. Sodexo values its employees’ well-being and offers reimbursement for travel mileage and hotel stays during work assignments. The position encourages proactive career development, with full-time support roles acting as a gateway to permanent positions across the Sodexo network.

Compensation is competitive and reflective of each candidate’s education, relevant experience, skills, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision care, wellness programs, 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, and company holidays.
