The role of Chef Manager at Infuse Hospitality offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the day-to-day execution of a corporate dining program with a focus on flawless operational execution and exceptional hospitality. The Chef Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control, while managing purchasing, inventory, and food cost controls to meet both operational and financial objectives. This role also requires leading and developing kitchen team members, fostering accountability, teamwork, and a guest-focused culture that prioritizes a polished and welcoming dining experience.

In this leadership role, the Chef Manager will support the execution of menus aligned with company programs, seasonal offerings, and client preferences, ensuring that every dining event—from daily meals to special corporate gatherings—is executed seamlessly. This position works closely with leadership to manage corporate dining services and catering events, emphasizing continuous improvement and smooth operational flow. The role offers competitive base pay complemented by a 10% performance-based bonus, rewarding operational excellence and outstanding results in delivering a superior culinary experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of culinary leadership experience in corporate dining, restaurant, or hospitality environments, with a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and structured kitchen operations. ServSafe Manager certification (or the ability to obtain it) is required to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must demonstrate strong operational and organizational skills, an ability to manage food costs and vendor relationships effectively, and a hospitality-focused mindset dedicated to positive guest experiences. Physical requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to support events or extended hours as needed.
