CocuSocial is a minority-founded and owned company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusivity across all backgrounds. The company’s philosophy is deeply embedded in the understanding that food is a powerful catalyst for bringing people together, transcending differences in culture, ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation. This vision is reflected in the vibrant team of Chef Instructors spread across multiple cities, offering a rich assortment of culinary classes that inspire connection and cultural exchange.
As a CocuSocial Chef Instructor, you will have the unique opportunity to teach live, in-person recreational cooking, baking, and pastry classes at one of the company’s partner venues, which include restaurants, hotels, breweries, and event spaces. This role is strictly in-person, catering to those who have a passion for hands-on instruction and face-to-face engagement. CocuSocial values flexibility and offers scheduling options that accommodate diverse lifestyles and commitments. You will have the creative freedom to teach recipes and dishes you are passionate about, supported by a collaborative and encouraging team focused on helping you craft best-selling culinary experiences. Competitive compensation is offered for your expertise and dedication.
The ideal candidates have experience teaching popular international dishes such as sushi, dumplings, handmade pasta, pizza, French macarons, choux pastry, Pad Thai, Spanish paella, and Spanish tapas. You will be responsible for leading entire classes — purchasing ingredients, setting up the workspace, conducting step-by-step interactive lessons, and overseeing clean-up. This role demands excellent organizational skills, culinary expertise, and a welcoming demeanor to foster an enjoyable and educational atmosphere for students of all skill levels. CocuSocial’s commitment to quality education and community engagement makes this an exciting opportunity for chefs dedicated to sharing their culinary talents and inspiring passion in others.Show Less
