  • strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory systems
  • passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • proven expertise in Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese, or Vietnamese

Job Duties

  • Develop and refine the restaurant's Asian fusion menu in collaboration with ownership and culinary consultants

  • monitor inventory, control food costs, and oversee procurement of ingredients
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
