Job Duties
- Lead daily kitchen operations ensuring all culinary offerings consistently meet or exceed brand standards
- Maintain strict recipe adherence delivering consistently high guest food sentiment scores
- Curate par levels manage inventory and order ingredients with a commitment to quality
- Hire train develop and retain exceptional back-of-house staff
- Drive operational targets through effective delegation and management of BOH and FOH teams
- Ensure all health and safety standards are rigorously upheld striving for top food safety ratings
