Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Italian cuisine background
- Knowledge of traditional pizza cookery
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Celebrating high-quality ingredients, the menu offers rustic, thoughtfully prepared, innovative food
- Menu development in collaboration with leadership and recipe costing, keeping track of new trends in the industry
- Ensure all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Hire, train, develop and mentor culinary team members, driving a positive, respectful work environment
- Communicate with vendors regarding ordering, new product offerings, pricing, and all other product-related issues
- Maintain proper ordering and inventory
- Follow best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
