Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar leadership role in a professional kitchen
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to plan, organize, coach, train, and discipline kitchen staff
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- experience with menu development and inventory management
- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
