Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Act as marketing ambassador embodying company values to staff, guests, and media
  • Lead and nurture relationships with the lead management team
  • Continually develop and update menus to reflect seasonal changes and cost effectiveness
  • Maintain food cost controls through proper costing techniques
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met and staff are held accountable
  • Supervise, train, and develop culinary staff with effective communication and leadership
  • Coordinate daily with purchasing, management, and front of house to align kitchen operations
  • Hold staff accountable for company policies, sanitation, and equipment maintenance
  • Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of kitchen staff
  • Manage budgets for food, labor, and miscellaneous expenses while reducing waste and overtime
  • Maintain a high level of personal professionalism and guest focus in all operations
