In 2023, Dickie Brennan & Company expanded by acquiring Pascal's Manale, a historic Uptown restaurant known for Creole-Italian fare and the birthplace of New Orleans' original barbecue shrimp.
This acquisition enabled the group to continue the legacy of this beloved establishment. Additionally, the group operates the Audubon Clubhouse by Dickie Brennan & Co., located in Audubon Park.
This charming venue offers brunch, lunch, dinner, and a bar, set against the backdrop of beautiful oak trees and a manicured golf course in the park.
In April 2025, the company acquired Bellegarde Bakery, a well-known New Orleans bread maker.
The bakery’s operations were integrated into The Commissary Market + Kitchen to maintain its artisan bread production. Now, Bellegarde's bread and pastries are available for retail purchase at the market, with plans for greater integration into the restaurants.
