The group's flagship establishment, Palace Café, is situated at the foot of the French Quarter. Housed in the historic Werlein Music building, it serves contemporary Creole dishes in an upbeat and lively grand café setting.

The menu focuses on evolving Creole classics and creating new favorites, reflecting dedication to innovation within tradition. Another cornerstone is Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse, located at 716 Iberville Street in the French Quarter.

This steakhouse offers a grand dining experience with straightforward USDA beef and local seafood dishes. It has received national recognition from notable publications and magazines for its quality and atmosphere.

Additional Dining Venues

Bourbon House, at 144 Bourbon Street, specializes in seasonal local seafood and classic Creole fare. The restaurant features expansive windows overlooking Bourbon Street, creating a vibrant dining atmosphere.

It is also home to the New Orleans Bourbon Society, which hosts regular whiskey events and tastings. Tableau, located at 616 St. Peter Street, showcases regional ingredients and revisited classic Creole dishes.

The restaurant offers diverse dining ambiances including a courtyard, main dining room, and a balcony overlooking Jackson Square, offering picturesque settings for guests.

Acorn Café, situated within the Louisiana Children's Museum in City Park, serves fresh, family-friendly cuisine using local ingredients. Its location overlooking the lagoon makes it ideal for visitors after museum visits or park activities.

The Commissary Kitchen + Market, located in the Lower Garden District, functions as the group's central kitchen producing soups, stocks, desserts, and more.

The market sells ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook meal kits along with house-made products for guests to purchase.

Recent Acquisitions and Expansion

In 2023, Dickie Brennan & Company expanded by acquiring Pascal's Manale, a historic Uptown restaurant known for Creole-Italian fare and the birthplace of New Orleans' original barbecue shrimp.

This acquisition enabled the group to continue the legacy of this beloved establishment. Additionally, the group operates the Audubon Clubhouse by Dickie Brennan & Co., located in Audubon Park.

This charming venue offers brunch, lunch, dinner, and a bar, set against the backdrop of beautiful oak trees and a manicured golf course in the park.

In April 2025, the company acquired Bellegarde Bakery, a well-known New Orleans bread maker.

The bakery’s operations were integrated into The Commissary Market + Kitchen to maintain its artisan bread production. Now, Bellegarde's bread and pastries are available for retail purchase at the market, with plans for greater integration into the restaurants.
