Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week and flexible with scheduling
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the kitchen and make final decisions on guest service matters
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, supplies, utility and labor costs
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local laws
- Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation
- Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to ensure guest satisfaction
