Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is currently seeking a creative foodie interested in becoming Chef de Cuisine of MKT Restaurant - Bar. The hotel overlooks Yerba Buena Gardens and is located steps away from the City's Financial District, Union Square shopping, and various cultural and dining venues.
Job Requirements
- Three to five years previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position required
- working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
- ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
- proficiency in English language
- degree in hospitality preferred
- previous Union experience highly preferred
- priority consideration for current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with luxury hotel/environment experience
