Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is currently seeking a creative foodie interested in becoming Chef de Cuisine of MKT Restaurant - Bar. The hotel overlooks Yerba Buena Gardens and is located steps away from the City's Financial District, Union Square shopping, and various cultural and dining venues.

Job Requirements

  • Three to five years previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position required
  • working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
  • proficiency in English language
  • degree in hospitality preferred
  • previous Union experience highly preferred
  • priority consideration for current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with luxury hotel/environment experience
