The Patient Care Assistant position within Banner Health’s Trauma Neuro Intensive Care Unit (TNICU) at Banner Desert Medical Center is a vital role that blends patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced, acute care environment. This full-time, day shift role consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, scheduled from 6 AM to 6:30 PM with every other weekend and holiday rotations. The role encompasses assisting patients with activities of daily living, collecting and documenting patient data, supporting clinical procedures, and performing clerical duties to enhance unit operations.
