The Sous Chef role at Little Caesars Arena is an exciting opportunity within Delaware North Sportservice, designed for talented culinary professionals who thrive in high-energy, high-volume kitchen environments. The salary range for this position is competitive, with a minimum anticipated base salary of $53,200 to $71,800 per year. Delaware North also provides an attractive annual bonus plan based on individual and company performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary roles with supervisory responsibilities
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitary standards
  • Competency in using computer applications like Word and Excel
  • Willingness and ability to acquire ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends holidays and event-based schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience with previous supervisory responsibilities in a large production kitchen or high-volume food and beverage operation
  • Exceptional skills in high-volume cooking food presentation and precise recipe adherence with the ability to lead coach and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of best practices for monitoring food and labor cost menu development costing ordering inventory and food safety and sanitation
  • Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
