At the heart of their operations is a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a supportive environment for their team members. The company maintains a rich legacy of over 100 years and is family-owned, which underlines its dedication to values such as integrity, excellence, and innovation. Delaware North owns and operates some of the most iconic venues, including TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, which serves as the home for the NHL’s Boston Bruins and the NBA’s Boston Celtics. This position requires strong culinary expertise, creativity, and leadership abilities to guide and inspire a diverse culinary team. You will be responsible for supervising food production, maintaining strict adherence to recipe standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflow. Your role will also involve collaborating on menu development and recipe costing, managing labor and food costs, overseeing inventory and ordering processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Delaware North offers a competitive salary range from $65,300 to $88,200 per year for this full-time position, along with additional incentives such as an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan tied to the role. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ professional and personal well-being. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching; paid vacation and holidays; parental bonding leave; tuition or professional certification reimbursement; and generous discounts at affiliated hotels and resorts. Working at Delaware North means joining a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences in iconic venues. The company values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, providing a welcoming environment for team members from all backgrounds. As a Sous Chef, you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills, mentor culinary staff, and contribute to the success of one of New England’s premier entertainment destinations. If you have at least three years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting, demonstrate exceptional cooking and management skills, and are eager to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this role is an excellent fit for your career growth and culinary ambitions.
