Job Requirements

Minimum of one year culinary experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart
Ability to enter walk-ins with temperatures from -10 to 140 degrees with or without assistance
Ability to obtain all necessary work cards

Job Duties

Support executive chef, assistant executive chef, and room chef
Oversee production responsibilities
Provide service to guests and team members in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and attractive environment
Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization
Ensure pantry and supply areas are stocked and orderly
Follow safety and hygiene protocols
