Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year culinary experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart
  • Ability to enter walk-ins of negative ten degrees to one hundred forty degrees with or without assistance
  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
  • Reliable and self-aware

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support the executive chef assistant executive chef and room chef
  • Oversee production responsibilities and provide service to guests and team members in a professional efficient and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean attractive environment
  • Assist with food preparation and pantry organization
  • Handle kitchen supplies and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Operate in varying temperature environments as required
