Job Duties

  • Work closely with private customers and event planners to prepare a variety of food for functions and events as per client requirements and specifications
  • Provide the highest possible standard of catering to clients by managing all aspects of catering provision
  • Assist with catering menu development when necessary
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic and sanitary work environment
  • Manage food inventory and purchasing while controlling food costs
  • Prepare food items in a timely manner
  • Minimize raw material and food wastage
  • Plate and present food attractively
  • Assist in training junior chefs and kitchen support staff
