Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Empathetic and energetic personality

- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Pass level 2 background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis testing
- Ability to work standing and walking for long periods

- Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dining or hospitality services preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to handle resident complaints professionally
- Empathy and sensitivity toward senior adults
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of dining room service techniques, sanitation, and food handling
Job Duties
- Ensure a quality dining experience for residents
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Work as a team to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain excellent relations with residents and communicate table and menu needs to management
