Job Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable about preparation and production of entrees, soups, and salads at high volume banquet service
- Ability to prepare quality food in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and handle several tasks at once
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to understand and follow a recipe
- Customer interaction skills a must
- Prior kitchen experience of 2-3 years, high volume would be helpful
- Prior experience in banquet service a plus
- Flexibility of working different stations
- Quick learning agility

Job Duties
- Prepare food for all stations including specials and other food stations
- Ensure sanitation and food safety in designated food stations
- Track cycle menus and temperature control logs
- Assist café management with food production, catering, and designated projects/events
- Lead team in absence of Chef and oversee multiple service stations
- Prepare and direct preparation of regular and catering menu items according to menus and recipes
- Set up catering events as needed
