Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in kitchen leadership roles
- Valid ServSafe certification
- Experience in QSR, cafe, or bakery environments
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior kitchen leadership experience (Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, etc.)
- Experience with QSR, Cafe, and Bakery experience
- ServSafe certification required
- Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Support kitchen setup, menu testing, and pre-opening preparation
- Cook and prepare food following recipe cards and menu
- Lead and train kitchen staff in a fast-paced QSR environment
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and minimize waste
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
