Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in kitchen leadership roles
  • Valid ServSafe certification
  • Experience in QSR, cafe, or bakery environments
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior kitchen leadership experience (Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, etc.)
  • Experience with QSR, Cafe, and Bakery experience
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support kitchen setup, menu testing, and pre-opening preparation
  • Cook and prepare food following recipe cards and menu
  • Lead and train kitchen staff in a fast-paced QSR environment
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and minimize waste
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
