Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables
- Must be able to safely use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware
- Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Utilize technology accurately to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms
- Restock service stations and restrooms
- Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests
- Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
