The role requires you to greet each guest warmly, prepare your station for service, ensure tables are properly set with utensils and condiments, and assist in beverage refills and clearing used plates and glassware. The physical demands of the job include standing for extended shifts, bending, reaching, kneeling, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds, highlighting the need for stamina and fitness. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, kneel, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to remain standing for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
  • skill in team collaboration with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
  • refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
  • deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
  • provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
  • follow all safety and food cleanliness rules
  • clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • separate items in the sink area
