- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other necessary duties to support the business

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrate genuine hospitality
- Assist servers with food delivery to guests
- Maintain tables by clearing and setting according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Support team members by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere to achieve business goals
- Share knowledge about seasonal scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
- Uphold a positive and fun atmosphere labeled as aloha spirit
