This role is for a Busser position within Catch Hospitality Group, a critical role that supports the seamless operations of their fine dining establishments. As a Busser, you will be integral to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a premium dining experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the waitstaff to uphold service standards and contribute to the overall ambiance by being attentive and proactive. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of busser experience in a high volume fine dining establishment
  • organized and proficient at multitasking
  • reliable team player willing to learn and adapt
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • assist waitstaff by promptly clearing and setting tables
  • follow proper steps of service and adhere to company guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • respond promptly to guest needs and requests
  • restock dining essentials such as glassware and silverware
  • support overall guest experience by being attentive and proactive
