The Busser role within the Constellation team at The Frost Museum in Miami, FL, is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the food service industry. This role is vital in supporting the dining staff by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, and assisting with food and beverage service. The position involves a fast-paced environment where physical stamina, attention to detail, and customer service skills are essential for success. As a Busser, you will be responsible for clearing finished plates, drinkware, and utensils and transporting them to the kitchen for cleaning, helping servers by running food orders to tables, and replenishing necessary items like utensils and napkins. This full-time job requires employees to stand, walk, and bend continuously throughout their shift, along with the capability to lift and maneuver objects weighing between 30 to 50 pounds.
