As a member of The Standard family, the Busser role at Le Bain is an integral part of the Food and Beverage department. This position is pivotal in providing seamless support to wait staff and ensuring an impeccable guest experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations at Le Bain, the Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Busser plays a critical role in the smooth execution of daily restaurant operations by assisting with setting up and breaking down tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the service areas, replenishing side stations, and supporting the bar backs with their side work. This position is fundamental in creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere by constantly monitoring and maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all Food and Beverage areas. Job Requirements
- Able to work standing for a minimum period of 8 hours a day
- Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching
- Able to pull, push, carry and lift at least 40 pounds of force
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions according to established procedures
- Work efficiently, utilize multi-tasking, prioritize tasks
- Adherence to uniform, grooming and personal hygiene standards and expectations per standard operating procedures
- Adherence to posted schedule and arrival time and attendance at mandatory meetings
- Personal comportment in line with Standard, New York policies, standards, and expectations

Job Duties
- Provide supplies and support to all food and beverage staff
- Maintain and clean all service areas and floor areas where sectioned
- Clean, set up, and breakdown tables, trays, and stations per SOPs
- Check, clean, and maintain all food and beverage areas constantly
- Replenish side stations throughout service
- Assist the bar backs in side work including emptying trash from bar and wait station areas
- Complete all side work duties per SOPs including pre and post shift, daily, weekly, and monthly duties
- Perform other duties as requested
