As a member of The Standard family, the Busser role at Le Bain is an integral part of the Food and Beverage department. This position is pivotal in providing seamless support to wait staff and ensuring an impeccable guest experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations at Le Bain, the Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Busser plays a critical role in the smooth execution of daily restaurant operations by assisting with setting up and breaking down tables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the service areas, replenishing side stations, and supporting the bar backs with their side work. This position is fundamental in creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere by constantly monitoring and maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all Food and Beverage areas.
