Job Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
minimum age of sixteen years
capable of standing for extended periods
able to lift at least 15 pounds
ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and passion for providing excellent customer service
keen eye for cleanliness and ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
ability to work effectively in a team and support colleagues
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
excellent verbal communication skills
must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
minimum age of sixteen years
prior experience as a Busser or similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties

Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes and utensils
maintaining a clean and organized work area including floors, counters, and equipment
regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
collaborating with servers to provide support such as refilling beverages and delivering food orders
cooperating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
offering friendly and attentive service to guests and responding to inquiries
assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
supporting other roles including servers and hosts as needed
adhering to company policies and health and safety regulations
performing other related duties as assigned
