  • familiar with opening and closing duties as well as daily, weekly, and janitorial side work
  • demonstrates basic knowledge of all menu items

Job Duties

  • make sure that the dining areas are ready for service
  • knows all table numbers and server sections
  • takes ownership of the look and cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant
  • is constantly pre-bussing, picking up trash from the floor, straightening tables and chairs, etc., as needed
  • completes all opening, ongoing, and closing side work
  • clears, cleans, and resets tables efficiently and effectively, including sweeping under tables when needed
  • manages and changes the sani-bucket every two hours and towels as needed
