Job Duties

  • Preparing dining areas before guests arrive including setting tables with silverware glassware napkins and condiments
  • Assisting servers by running food and clearing tables efficiently
  • Keeping the dining area clean and organized throughout service
  • Resetting tables quickly for incoming guests
  • Communicating with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth flow of service
  • Supporting food delivery from the kitchen when needed
  • Following all safety sanitation and health guidelines
  • Assisting with additional duties as assigned by management
