Current food handler's card or willingness to obtain one

Job Duties

Preparing dining areas before guests arrive including setting tables with silverware glassware napkins and condiments
Assisting servers by running food and clearing tables efficiently
Keeping the dining area clean and organized throughout service
Resetting tables quickly for incoming guests
Communicating with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth flow of service
Supporting food delivery from the kitchen when needed
Following all safety sanitation and health guidelines
Assisting with additional duties as assigned by management
