The current role available is that of a Bridge Inspection Team Leader based out of Michael Baker International's Waltham, MA office, offering a hybrid work environment. This role blends in-field inspections with technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of protecting critical infrastructure while cultivating emerging engineering talent. Candidates will benefit from a competitive salary range of approximately $125,000 to $170,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for eligible applicants.
