As a pizza cook at Roberta's East Nashville, you will play a crucial role in upholding the brand's commitment to excellence in every pizza crafted. This position reports directly to the chef and is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, are passionate about authentic pizza-making techniques, and possess a keen eye for detail. The role requires mastery of working with hand-stretched pizza dough and expertise in managing wood-fired pizza ovens to produce consistently exceptional pizzas that delight our guests.
