  • ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights up to 70 feet

Job Duties

  • Safely operate mixers and blending equipment according to production formulas
  • weigh and measure raw materials to ensure product quality
  • load ingredients into automated blending systems
  • operate forklifts and other mobile equipment (certification provided/required)
  • monitor production, complete productivity and downtime reports
  • perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
  • load and unload railcars and trucks while following all safety procedures
  • maintain FIFO inventory practices
  • keep the blending area, silos, docks, and work areas clean and organized
  • support maintenance by identifying equipment issues and submitting work orders
  • assist other departments when needed
  • read and respond to company emails and production communications
  • follow all safety policies, standard work procedures, and quality requirements
