Topgolf is a leading global sports and entertainment community that centers around the fun and interactive game of golf. With locations worldwide, Topgolf offers more than just a traditional golfing experience — it combines technology, entertainment, and hospitality to create a unique environment where players can enjoy competitive games, delicious food and drinks, and social interactions all in one place. The company prides itself on fostering community, creativity, and connection through play, making it an exceptional destination for both casual visitors and devoted players. Topgolf operates venues that feature climate-controlled playing bays, high-tech ball tracking, and a lively atmosphere designed to bring people together for unforgettable experiences. As a company, Topgolf is committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing an equitable workplace that values the contributions of all employees. They emphasize core values such as fun, one team mentality, excellence, courage, and caring, ensuring every team member is supported and every guest leaves with a smile.

The role available at Topgolf is for a Bay Host, a dynamic and energetic position perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments. As a Bay Host, you are the first point of contact for players as they arrive at their bays, welcoming them with enthusiasm and setting the tone for a memorable visit. The job involves engaging with guests to understand their needs and preferences, suggesting food, beverage, and gaming options that enhance their experience. The Bay Host is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bays, ensuring a safe and enjoyable space throughout the guests’ time at Topgolf. Additionally, the role requires strong teamwork skills as you collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver excellent service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Working at Topgolf is not just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a culture that celebrates individuality and creativity while delivering outstanding guest experiences. The position is hourly with competitive wages and opportunities for tips, depending on the specific duties performed. Topgolf offers flexibility in scheduling, including day, night, and weekend shifts, appealing to both part-time and full-time job seekers. Employees enjoy a range of benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, access to a free mental well-being platform, and exclusive perks like free gameplay, discounted food and retail items, and weekly meals. The company is also known for its dedication to career growth, often promoting from within and supporting employees as they advance in their roles.

Physical stamina and a positive attitude are essential for success as a Bay Host, as the job involves being on your feet for most of the shift and handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and managing active workflows. Experience in food and beverage service, especially in fast-paced or entertainment settings, is highly valued. Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable and should embrace a player-focused mindset, ensuring every visitor’s experience is exceptional. Ultimately, the Bay Host role is ideal for fun-loving, dedicated individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working as part of a team, and contributing to a vibrant, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.
